Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery, or Nursing and Midwifery
Meet one of the stated midwifery or SRH experience routes
Experience with MSF or another medical humanitarian organizationPreferred
Knowledge of SRH, maternal and newborn care, quality improvement, data and reporting
Knowledge of MISPPreferred
English at B2 level
Somali language

Main responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor midwifery and SRH activities across both locations
Supervise staff and strengthen their skills through coaching and training
Ensure staff follow clinical and infection-prevention protocols
Manage medicines, supplies, equipment and related forecasts
Review patient records and report SRH data and activities
Lead confidential, survivor-centred care for SGBV survivors
