Key requirements

Advanced qualification in midwifery, nursing, public health, medical education, or related field
Experience developing CPD or in-service health training manuals
Strong experience in midwifery, maternal and newborn health, or SRHR
Experience developing competency-based, skills-focused training materials
Strong knowledge of adult-learning methods
Experience with simulation, OSCEs, and competency assessmentPreferred
Excellent English writing and communication skills

Main responsibilities

Review health guidelines, standards, and existing training materials
Develop module competencies, learning objectives, and facilitator manuals
Create practice, simulation, case study, and role-play activities
Prepare tests, competency assessments, OSCEs, and skills checklists
Create presentations, participant handouts, and job aids
Incorporate stakeholder feedback and finalize editable materials
