Key requirements

At least five years in digital health, information systems, or supply chain software

Willing to travel and relocate between counties, up to 70% of the time

Main responsibilities

Plan and coordinate software rollouts across sites
Assess readiness and confirm requirements before each implementation phase
Verify system setup, data loads, and workflows before go-live
Lead go-live and resolve implementation issues
Train users and mentor junior implementation staff
Prepare reports and provide post-go-live follow-up support
