Key requirements

Advanced proficiency in R or Python
Experience with Kobo Toolbox, ODK, Survey CTO, or similar platforms
Proficiency in custom R functions and reproducible workflows
Strong knowledge of statistics, surveys, sampling, weighting, and indicators
Experience analysing household survey data
Skills with Power BI or R Shiny

Main responsibilities

Design research plans, sampling methods, and data collection tools
Monitor data collection and train enumerators when needed
Clean, analyse, and check the quality of collected data
Produce maps, dashboards, factsheets, and analysis outputs
Train and provide technical support to staff
Protect confidential data and prevent unauthorized sharing
