Key requirements

At least 3 years of relevant Protection experience
At least 2 recent years of hands-on GBV case management
Ability to manage the full GBV case-management cycle safely
Strong understanding of GBV principles and survivor-centred practice
Broader protection programming experience is preferredPreferred
Case review, IPA, referral mapping and frontline staff coaching experiencePreferred
Familiarity with GBVIMS, Activity Info or another secure case systemPreferred

Main responsibilities

Manage confidential, survivor-centred GBV cases
Refer survivors to health, psychosocial, legal and other services
Maintain referral pathways and follow up on service gaps
Coordinate protection monitoring and community protection activities
Keep accurate, secure GBV case files and report anonymized findings
Guide frontline staff on safe identification and referrals
