Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus additional M&E training
At least five years managing and evaluating donor-funded projects
Knowledge of results-based project management and M&E methods
Knowledge of MS applications, advanced Excel, databases, and digital data collection
Knowledge of Kobo Toolbox, Ona, ODK, Stata, and SPSS
Work safely and appropriately with children or vulnerable people

Main responsibilities

Develop and improve monitoring plans, systems, indicators, and data tools
Monitor programme performance, plans, data quality, and compliance
Conduct field visits and monitoring missions
Collect, analyze, report, and share programme evidence
Support staff and partners with M&E training and technical guidance
Document and share lessons, best practices, and success stories
