  • Master’s degree in communications or a related field; bachelor’s plus two extra years may substitute
  • At least two years developing and implementing communications strategies
  • Knowledge of strategic communications principles and practices
  • English and Arabic, UN Level III in reading, writing, listening and speaking
  • Somali national
  • One or more years of data analytics experiencePreferred
  • Skills in creating creative communications contentPreferred
