- Is ZitTalent really free?
- Yes. Creating a CV, cover letters and a professional profile, and using the career tools, is free. We never ask for a payment card. The AI tools have fair daily limits so they stay free for everyone.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can write a CV, explain a job advert and take the interview course without one. An account lets you save your CVs on any device and publish your professional profile.
- Can I write in Somali?
- Yes. Write in Somali, English or a mix. The AI CV builder turns your words into clear, professional English and keeps your facts: it never adds jobs, dates or qualifications you did not give. Always read the result and edit anything you want.
- Will my CV work with online application systems (ATS)?
- Your PDF keeps real, selectable text with standard section headings, which these systems can read. For online application portals, the simpler one-column designs are the safest choice.
- What files can I upload?
- A CV in Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text, up to 5 MB. We read the text to fill in the form; the file itself is not kept.
- Who can see my information?
- Your drafts and saved CVs are private. Your professional profile is public only after you publish it, and only the parts you choose to show. Employers cannot see your drafts.
- What is the difference between my CV, My CVs and my profile?
- Your CV is a document you download and send as a PDF. My CVs is the private list of CVs saved to your account. Your profile is a web page with one link, zittalent.com/talent/your-name, that shows your work with photos and lets people download your CV.
- What happens to the text I give the AI?
- It is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, only to create your result. We don't keep the job adverts you paste or the files you upload. The Privacy Policy explains the details.
- How do I delete my information?
- Delete CVs in My CVs and unpublish your profile in Profile Studio at any time. To close your account and delete everything, email support@zittalent.com from your account's email address; we delete it within 30 days.
- Does ZitTalent list jobs?
- Not at the moment. When you find a job, paste its advert into Job Explainer to understand it, or into Job Match to compare it with your CV.
